1. Max. Temperature: 1600 degree, 1700 degree.
2. The furnace body is made of superior double-layer carbon steel which has the advantages of heat insulation and low temperature.
3. The surface uses the pressure welding technology and double-door structure.

5. Adopt the patent structure of double furnace chambers and special furnace-top building technology which have the advantages of fast heating, not collapsing in over-high temperature or dropping ashes in high temperature.

7. MoSi2 rods are set in both sides of the chamber which is easy to change.

SCR control; transformer regulating; PID parameter self-setting; manual or automatic switch without interference; over-temperature alarm; the temperature compensation and correction; automatically power off when the furnace door is opened; the built-in parameter password to control the furnace.
9. Multiple protection design allows good safety and long working life.
Optional equipment:
1. Users could select paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface to realize the field control through the computer and record the historical data and heat-rising curves without paper.
2. Field debugging, training and fire-prevention door are offered for free.
3. Users can select the rotary-vane vacuum pump.
4. Users can select glass rotor flowmeter or mass flowmeter and import and export pipeline.
