1.   Single screw extruder machine (or conical twin screw extruder machine) 1 set;
   
   High quality screw, frequency converter, Siemens frequency converting motor drive, good plastication, stable power output;

    

   2. Extruding die for profile   1 set;
   
   3. Three meters Vacuum cooling water tank 1 set;
   
   Stable calibration, high dimension precision, the body of the water tank is imported SUS304 material, up-down, left-right, front-back 3D adjustable, easy to be operated, with stainless steel water storage tank, cooling water could be recycled, no splash to the floor.
   
   4. Two meters belt type tractor machine   1 set;
   
   High precision ball guiderail system, center height adjusting, open-close adjusting, high wear-resistant surface foamed PU multi-wedge belt, frequency conversion controller, tractor speed stepless adjustable. 
   
   5. Saw blade cutter:  1 set;
   
   Alloy saw blade; special motor for high speed saw blade (with special clamp for the saw blade, stable, quiet);
