1.   Single screw extruder machine:
   
   (1) Screw model: YJ45, YJ50, YJ55, YJ65 available for option; L/D: 28:1; 
   
   Separated type screw is adopted as it is especially suitable for transparent material mixing diffuser material for production, so as to lower down raw materials cost largely.
   
   (2) Siemens motor drive, with enough motive power and quite stable in running; Temperature control meter: intelligent type;the precision could reach +/-1 degree;
   
   (3) Heating control zone: 7 zone (barrel 4 zone, extruding die 3 zone);
   
   
   
   2. Extruding die:
   
   Special S136H mirror surface steel for dies, the surface of the extruding dies is mirror polished.

    

   3. 3D calibration tank:
   
   Stainless steel tank;
   3D adjusting machine frame, with10-way vacuum, 10-way cooling water;
   Vacuum pump fixed outside;
   the whole machine is compact and strong without vibration.
