(1) Main extruder machine screw:

B. Separated type screw special for PU material;

C. Intelligent temperature controller, precision +/- 1 centigrade degree;

D. High precision frequency conversion for speed adjusting, strong power & stable running motor.

 

(2) Extruding die:

Full set of standard PU pipe dies for sizes 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm.


(3) Vacuum cooling water tank:

A. Pre-lubricated & cooling device with precise vacuum negative pressure forming;

Products size stable, strong continuous production ability;

B. 3D adjustable machine frame, easy operation.


(4) Belt type tractor machine:

A. Wear-resistant surface PU belt, synchronous belt soft transmission;

B. Linear speed stable, big tractor force under small pressure, not easy to flatten the products and improve roundness.

C. Frequency conversion controller, motor power: 0.75~2.2KW;


(5) Winder machine:

to wind the finished TPU pipes.
