1.The valve body of the slurry valve is devided into left and right parts with a seat between them. The two parts can be disassembled by valve seat. Valve body is designed by computer solid works software and the flow channel is analyzed by ANSY software to simulate site working situation.
2.Protection plate
An anti-washing and anti- corrosion protection plate is set in the cavity of the valve body. When the valve is opened the plate can protect valve from washing and corrosion, and the chemical Ni/P plating treatment is carried out on the whole valve so as to make the surface hardness up to HRC60.
3.Sealing surface
The sealing adopt spherical seal, the surface of which is line contact. which can ensure the sealing reliability and avoid scarring,. Moreover, the valve belt has upper sealing structure which can protect packing in full-open state.
4.Rotation-resistant device
A rotation-resistant device is set up to ensure that the valve stem only has straight line motions, and no rotative motions.
5. Separate valve body and seat design
Valve body and seat is designed separately so as to make easier maintenance.
6.A variety of driving mode can be chosen
The driving mode of the valve include: hand driving, electric driving, pneumatic and gear driving.
