Description

The OPP glue, that is designed as an adhesive for adhering BOPP, PET,PVC film on printed paper or printed cardboard, it eliminates most remainder or powder from offset ink and makes the paper or cardboard exhibit excellent transparency, gloss and smoothness; and the paper can still retain its high stability under the extreme applied temperatures.

Viscosity (Brook-field #4,  25℃): 550 ± 150 cps
Solid Content: 42±2%

Operation Condition: 
This adhesive must be evenly coated on the plastic film surface by roll coater; and after the resin is Dried by the well ventilated machine oven at temperature 50~60℃, and it is then laminated under pressure 100~150kg/cm2 at temperature 80~90℃ After securing the proper adherence of the Plastic film to printed paper or cardboard, then do the cutting.
Dilution solvent: toluene or EAC.
Fire point: 25℃ (method: ASTM D92). Fire fighting material: foam or CO? extinguisher.
