S-100 Low-energy UV Varnish is a new developed product of our company. With existed varnishing felicities, you can decrease 1/2 UV lamp power and save about 50% electricity. Just make UV curing power from 30mj/cm2 to 15mj/cm2. It saves half power compared to originally power demand. It is fast curing and low temperature curing. It helps gloss varnishing process, suitable for low heat resistant substrate and printing ink. The most import it not only achieves the goal of energy efficiency, carbon reduction and also save the immense electricity cost.

Safety and Notes

Storage: keep away from high temperature, high humidity and direct sun-light; keep tightly closed while storing.
Product expiration: sealed, 12 months.
This product is non self-ignition, corrosive and explosive. For risk, wear mask and gloves while using and handling, and keep watch to prevent touching and breathing. If skin is contacted, promptly and thoroughly flush skin with plenty of water use soap if available. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. If eye is contacted, rinse eyes immediately with large amounts of water (or 0.9% sterile salt solution)for at least 15 minutes and contact physician as needed.(S26)
