3-Guideline to use AG 80

3.1 AG 80 can be formulated with amine, anhydride, imidazole curing agent and coupling agent and its typical properties of cured formulated resins are as below:

3.2 Adding liquid polysulfide rubber, nitrile rubber and other substances to improve toughness of AG-80

3.3 Recommended curing agent: 2-Ethyl-4-methylimidazole, Tertiary amine

4-Packing: 4KG or 10 KG for each package

5-Attention: Due to its high functionality, high epoxy value and large heat release when curing, explosion should be prevented during application. If the viscosity is too high to be used conveniently, heat it till 100-120℃for 1 hour to reduce the viscosity. DO open the package cover before heating to avoid explosion.

5.1 Shelf life is12 months in room temperature. Keep the product sealed in dry and cool condition

5.2 This epoxy resin can resist alkaline, not acid.
