Cable laid slings are in a 7 x 7 x 7 wire configuration to offer more flexibility and resistance to kinking than regular wire rope. Also sometimes known as aircraft cable, it's narrow profile and pliability makes it ideal for applications that require the rope to bend easily. Cable laid slings are also galvanized to offer protection from corrosion.
Standard cable slings are manufactured in a traditional single leg design, but other fittings are available to allow for complete customization. Description
1.A 7x7x7 wire rope makes a cable laid sling more flexible and resistant to kinking than traditional wire rope configuration. A galvanized finish also offers protection from corrosion.
