?1.Do you provide free samples ?

Dear customers, as usual, sample will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But , for some stock item, we can provide you free sample, but you should pay for the delivery cost.

 

?2.Do you accept small quantity for trial order?

Dear customer, we can accept small quantity for trial order to support your business. But please be advised that on our peak season, it is difficult to be arranged.

 

?3.How is your delivery time ?

Dear customer, off-peak season, Within 10-25days after received the customer off-peak season, Within 10-25days after received the customer deposit.We will delivery goods as soon as we can for customers for we know time is money

 

?4.What is your payment term ?

Dear customer, we can accept :1. 30%T/T in advance , balance against the copy of B/L 2. L/C at sight

 

?5.Do you accept private label on product ?

Dear customer, normally, we do not accept this for our current solar lighting product , cause it is very difficult , what's more, it will extend the production time and somehow damage the product. We suggest you to make a stick rather than printing directly.

If you have a new product , then we can accept this as per your request.

For our air humidifier and air purifier , it is okay.

 

?6.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?

Dear customer , yes we can make it. But the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.

 

?7. Are you BSCI proved factory ? And have you passed any audits?

Dear customer, we are 9 years oem factory certificated with BSCI&ISO9001.
