High temperature gas pressure sintering furnace

1. This equipment is mainly used for samples being sintered under the environment of high temperature and high pressure gas.

2. This equipment consists of heating elements, furnace chamber, high pressure shell, temperature measuring and controlling system, cooling system, gas pressure furnace door, various pipes, valves and sigma data management software.

3. The working pressure is 2-10MPa. Users can choose different heating elements and heating methods. The maximum working temperature is 1000-2200℃.

4. The working environment is oxidizing atmosphere or air, nitrogen and inert gas.

5. Using the gas pressure furnace door locking system and quick-open door is easy for operation and good for safety.

6. This equipment adopts double-stage security alarm system and overheated alarm, which have the warning functions of water failure, power failure, phase missing and thermocouple damaged.

7. RS-485 communication port and sigma data management software are provided which have the function of paperlessly recording history data and rising curves, correcting the temperature error, controlling more equipments as well as distance fault diagnosis and analysis.

8. Equipped with the function of automatically setting PID parameter and 30 programmed segments of temperature rising automatically.

9. Multiple safety protection design shows good safety and long working life.

10. This equipment can be designed based on the customers' demands and shapes of sintering samples.

11. Vacuum degree is -0.098MPa, 0.667MPa, 0.067MPa can be selected.
