Vacuum induction sintering furnace/melting furnace

Product functions:

1. It is mainly used for high grade sintering of ceramic metal materials, composite ceramic materials and functional graded materials.

2. It is applied for high temperature heat treatment of carbon raw materials, products and other materials(e.g.,Suppressed samples, granule or powder materials).

Structure principles:

1. When AC power is input to the inductor, alternating electromagnetic field will be formed in the inductor.

2. When the magnet in the alternating electromagnetic field goes through the special high-strength composite graphite materials, the closed induced current will be generated due to the electromagnetic induction.

3. This kind of current is called eddy current.

4. The strength of eddy current is proportional to the size of the EMF and is inversely proportional to the reactance of eddy current circuit.

5. As the reactance of graphite material is very small, eddy current can reach to very high values, thus great heat will be generated inside the graphite materials, causing the temperature of high-strength composite graphite heating elements rising.
