Bottom-loading elevator type vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace

  SGM series of high-temperature laboratory furnace have the perfect design, posses many patents, the safety, reliability and practicability of which all show the best performance.

1. The highest working temperature reaches 1600℃,1700℃.

2. Adopt the vacuum forming technology to produce inorganic fiber as the furnace heat preservation materials and special insulation design. Use patent double-chamber structure and large-capacity top building technology which is stable and simple to operate.

3. MoSi2 rods are set in four sides of the chamber which is easy to change.

4. The furnace body is made of superior double-layer carbon steel which has the advantages of heat insulation and low temperature.

5. The quick-opening door makes the loading and unloading very convenient. The shell adopts the pressure vessel welding technology and the vacuum degree is 0.098MPa.

6. Designed with the following functions:

   SCR control; transformer regulating; PID parameter self-setting; manual or automatic switch without interference; paperlessly recording history data and rising curves; over-temperature alarm; temperature compensation and correction.

7. The heating rate is 5-15℃/min. There are 50 programmable periods to control the temperature to rise automatically.

8. The multiple safety protection design provides good safety and long working life.

9. Users can choose two furnace bottoms and the bottom removing rails.

10. RS-485 communication port and sigma data management software can be selected which have the function of paperlessly recording history data and rising curves, correcting the temperature error, controlling more equipments as well as distance fault diagnosis and analysis.

11. Vacuum degree is -0.098MPa, 0.667Pa, 0.067Pa can be selected.

Extra equipment:

1. Rotary vacuum pump and high vacuum unit;

2. Glass rotor flow meter or mass flowmeter and import & export gas pipeline.
