Motion Trail: the revolution and rotation of the mixing blade are ensured by deep research and tests, so that we can avoid segregation phenomenon when the mixer are mixing all kinds of particle size and specific gravity of aggregate, in order to make the highest productivity. And the motion Trail of the material in the mixer tank is smooth and continuous. The picture below showed that when there is a full revolution, the motion trail of the mixing blade will cover the whole mixing drum.

Transmission device: The transmission device adopts hardened reducer which are special designed by our company( has been patented). Equipped elastic coupling or hydraulic couple between the motor and the reducer.(Optional, it can ensure the normal start even under full load condition). The power from the reducer can make the mixing arm make revolution and rotation, and let scraper arm do revolution. Thus can ensure there are both revolution and rotation, and the mixing motion trail is complicated, strongly mixing movement with high efficiency and uniform mixing quality.

The access door safety device: According to the markets' device, our company used high reliability and sensitivity safety button on the access door, make it safety and convenient when overhaulling, convenient for the maintenance workers, and designed special sealing device on the discharging door, make the equipment environmental protecting.

Blow head: Installed special designed blow head on the spray pipe, water spray mist and covering large area, make  material stirring more evenly.
