LY-2000 corrosion inhibitor for natural gas manufacturer in China

I. Introduction

Aiming at the behavior of causing severe corrosion destruction on pipeline facilities caused by CO2, H2S, and other corrosive materials in the petroleum and gas in the process of exploiting, gathering and transportation and storage and transportation process, our company develops a kind of tetrahydroglyoxaline natural gas corrosion inhibitors LY-2000 with high efficiency.
LY-2000, as a novel oil soluble natural gas corrosion inhibitor developed by our company, is good in dissolving property in the oil. A layer of compact and firm protective film with strong air flow resistance and current scour property is generated on the metal surface, so as to delay the corrosion process of metal in the natural gas pipeline. Therefore, the protective film can be used for the pre-film process of the natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines.

III. Scope of Application
The product is applicable to the corrosion prevention of the natural gas well and natural gas
gathering and transportation pipelines.

IV. Usage and Suggested Dosage
Adding 100-150ppm of medicaments according to the water quantity, with the pre-film period of 10 days.

V. Maintenance at Shutdown
When the equipment is stopped, if there is some "dead water" in the pipe, severe corrosion on the pipelines in such a way of pitting can be caused by soaking the pipelines by the "dead water" for a long time.
1. Draining the water in the pipes, this is unlikely to realize.

2. It is a reliable and effective method to add the corrosion inhibitor. Namely, 200ppm of corrosion inhibitor is added before 1-2 hours of stopping production.

VI. Packaging and Storage 
1.    Iron drum packing with 170Kg net weight.
2.    Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, valid for one year.

VII. Safety matters 
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, or wash with plenty of water.
