This extruder have forced lubrication system, so that it can guarantee the equipment gear transmission and cooling the bearing,so it can make the machine run long time.On the machine left side,we install a oil pressure gauge,evryday we plan to start the machine,we must see oil pressure gauge,as along as it can work well,we can click the main motor button to run the extruder machine.

5. This extruder have Self-cleaning, when stopping, it can be cleaned without disassembling.as long as we tear down the mould loacte,we run the main motor few minutes with feeding dry material,the twin scew can self cleaning.No need to take out the twin screw to clean it
