IHF series of single-stage single-suction fluorine plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (short for IHF centrifugal pump) is designed and manufactured by combining with the process of non-metallic pump in accordance with international standards. The pump body adopts metal cover lined with FEP(F46), and the pump cover, impeller and sleeve are manufactured by sintering of the metal inserts cased with fluorine plastics. The axle seal uses advanced exterior style mechanical seal with bellows. The static ring selects 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon carbide), and the moving ring selects PTFE filled materials, so it has excellent corrosion-resistant seal wear. Cast steel is both used at the inlet and outlet of pump for reinforcing, to increase the resistance to pressure. The pump has advantages of corrosion-resistance, wear-resistance, high temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, and strict sealing performance, easy disassembly maintenance, long service life and so on. The corrosion and wear resistance performance of IHF pump has been approved by the users. It is widely used in the transportation of the corrosive media in chemical production, adding acid process in chlorine and waste water treatment, transportation of non-ferrous metals smelting of electrolyte, pickling process in the car manufacturing, and pharmaceutical, oil, electricity, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, food, weaving and other industries. Besides, it can transport sulphuric acid of any concentration, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen acid, aqua regia, strong base, strong oxidizing, organic solvent, reductants and other strong corrosive medium without damage. It is currently one of the most popular pumps.
