Main Introduction to Antifreeze Solution Making Machine

This production line mainly includes water treatment system, mixing tanks, filling machine labelling, packing and testing machine. First we need to get rid of the impurities in the raw water to guarantee the antifreeze quality. Second we use the mixing tanks(plastic,or stainless steel) to let the demineralized water mixed with antifreeze ingredients thoroughly. After blending and testing(with professional apparatus) of the liquid mixture, we use the filling machine,semi-automatic or full automatic, to fill the antifreeze liquid into bottles or barrels, and then screw the caps, print the production date and pack in film or boxes. We have our own antifreeze formula and making machine line in our workshop, so you could start making the antifreeze the first time after machine assembling.
