Special notes of the thermal fuse:
1:Short-circuiting between epoxy end lead and metal case should be avoided.
2:Test of the maximum test tension of 16 N, thrust is 4 N.
3:Rated Tf≤113C, lead soldering is not suitable.
4:The body of thermal link and lead A of RY series thermal link are silver plated.
5: Do not expose this product in a high humidity environment, or submersed in water or solvent; Do not use it in gases such as sulfite gas or nitric oxide gas.

Ningbo Xinyuan Electronic Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shanghai Radio Factory ONE, has been engaged in developing and producing thermal link and thermal cut off for over 35 years. We are the one of TOP 3 thermal link manufacturers in China, joined the committee of China National Thermal Link Test Standard (GB9816-1998) and issued the first version.
Our goal is to be the most professional thermal link manufacturers in China.
To achieve this goal, we bought the first automatic assembly line with USA technology since 2010.
Now most of our production lines are automatic. The automatic inspection equipment is under normal operation also.
Under IS0 9001 quality assurance system, we are producing over 200 million pcs organic type (RY type) thermal links every year. Our products got the certification of TUV, CE, PSE, KC, CB and UL. In 2013, we cooperated with UL and established a laboratory under Witness Testing Data Program. Then, we became the only one thermal fuse manufacturer in China who has a laboratory under Witness Testing Data Program (WTDP).
Strong R&D ability:
1982, started to producing RH series thermal cut off for TV brand " RILI"
1985, developed thermal link for Mitsubishi refrigerator. Supplied to Shangling refrigerator and Hualing refrigerator.
1993, got " Great Wall" certificate
1997, joined the committee of China National Standard and been the member of issuing standard of" Thermal Link Testing Standard" (GB9816-1998).
1998, changed the company name to Shanghai Xinyuan Electronic Co., Ltd

2010, opened a branch in Ningbo city. The first automatic assembly line with US technology started in operation.
2011, upgrading all production and inspection lines to automatic.
2010, moved the main production facilities to Ningbo factory. Products got KC and PSE certificate.
2013, cooperated with UL and established a laboratory under Witness Testing Data Program.
