Specifications

Definition and model description of thermal fuse:

1 Rated function Temperature(TF): The thermal fuse shall be exposed in the test oven or oil bath, to Tf-12K or as declared by the manufacturer, but not higher than 2K below the lowest tolerance. Then, the ambient temperature should be stabilized for 10 minutes. After that, increasing the temperature at the speed of 0.5°C/min until the thermal fuse cuts off the circuit. The test current should be ≤10mA. Then the temperature is Tf, its function temperature. According to IEC60691, thermal fuse has to trip off inside the tolerance of +0/-10°C.(If use PSE standard, the tolerance is +/-7°C).
