Introduction to body lotion emulsifier

This body lotion emulsifier is of our latest technology and tested by our practical lotion production. It is the most important component of lotion production line. We adopts high grade of stainless steel 314 to build the emulsifying mixer pot outside 2 layers, and use 316 to make the inner layer which contacts with lotion directly to meet hygienic requirements. So the emulsifier could mix materials with certain grade of acidity and alkalinity. It has wide application in body lotion,hair shampoo, face cream,detergent and so on. We have our own unique formula for body lotion and is provided for free together with our emulsifier.

Features:

1. One mixing pot saves the water pot and oil pot, it combines the functions of mixing,homogenizing and emulsifying in one pot.

2. Electricity or heat conduction oil safety heating and water cooling method, temperature could be controlled according to lotion production technical requirements.

3. Humanized sight glass for convenience of quality control.
