ZW Glass beads abrasive is widely used to clean metal surface hardening treatment or other processes, mainly for sandblasting equipment.  Manufacture of broken glass to melt into a ball and then annealing to eliminate internal stress and prevent breakage. The transparent and clear spherical structure will not have particles embedded in the workpiece during using. Using different sizes and different operating parameters abrasives, glass bead peening can achieve different gloss on the surface.
