The high precision seamless pipes and tubes adopted the molded method of multi-roll cold rolling, in order to ensure the dimensional accuracy which can be up to 0.02 mm minimum and the minimum surface finish of tubes' internal and external can be achieved Ra≤ 0.05um. Heat treatment carries out under vacuum or other protection gas, so as to keep the metal from not to be oxidized and avoid the pickling process. All these processes fully embody the metallic luster. Final inspection including eddy current, ultrasonic, water pressure testing, etc. This will ensure the internal quality of the pipes and tubes. Packaging is single socket PVC envelope, thus avoid damage and contamination in the process of delivery. It also can be customized according to customers' requirements, for various production standards (GB, ASTM, and EN, etc), or not standards as specifications and tolerance, etc.
