PARTS INTRODUCTION

1.     VFS5000D PACKING MACHINE

This is one multi-functional packing machine for bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting. It adopts servo motor for film pulling with automatic offset correction. Two types of driving motor like cylinder and servo can be adopted for transverse sealing (offer convenient selection by the customer under different operating condition); and two types of vertical sealing mechanism like center sealing type and platen press type(the user could choose according to specific material and the film roll) All electrical components adopt local and foreign well-known brands with reliable performance like Siemens, SMC, and Schneider; easy to operate, both the operator and debugging units can set parameters through the touch screen.

2. WEIGHING SCALE

This model is suitable for high accuracy weighing of granular material. It can work in linkage with packaging equipment. It is widely applied in the sectors of daily-use chemicals, food, seasoning, seeds etc

3. SINGLE CHAMBER VACUUM PACKING LINE

This elevator with food application stainless steel material is used for granule material feeding into the scale in order to save manpower. Based on your request, it has one big hopper feeding by chain buckers.
