It is made according to appendix A<Tubular conveyor belt horizontal rigidity testing method>of HG/T4225-2011<Fabric tubular conveyor belt>and HG/T4224-2011<Steel cord tubular conveyor belt> and real application.It is used for testing conveyor belt fatigue deflection during long time operation.To keep testing accuracy and collect authentic data,this machinery captures data horizontally changing diameter by automaticly tracking capture,and displacement tracking machine will change automatically according to horizontal diameter changed by different loading force.The whole testing procedure and collecting data are controlled by computer.Many functions as below,testing curve,saving and printing report data.Setting inner diameter,belt thickness and calculating outer diameter automatically.Setting stress application,tracking and displaying actual stress application.Displaying,saving and printing displacement data,proportional curve of stress application and diameter,creating reports.
