1. This trainer is composed of three major parts, they are training model, experiment panel and training table.
The main functional modules including solar cell module array, multifunctional dual-axis tracking system,
simulated light source control system, 8'' touch screen monitoring system, 16×128 LED Chinese character
dot matrix system, environmental monitoring system, solar charge-discharge controller, maintenance-free
lead-acid battery, single phase grid-off inverter system, single phase grid-connected inverter system, two-
way DC constant voltage/current power supply and AC/DC load, are all designed in modular type.
2. Industrial aluminum alloy profile is adopted for the main structure, with thickened epoxy resin panel, which
is clear and tidy. Each system module is modular and open type designed, thickened experiment leads are
used for the connections.
3. The multifunctional dual-axis tracking system is controlled by four-quadrant photoelectric sensor, which can
realize three control modes of tracking system including manual control, automatic control and remote
control. Four industrial solar cell panels are adopted for the simulation of large industrial photovoltaic power
generation system, the panels can be combined both in series or in parallel. Two-way constant voltage and
current power supply is adopted so that students can test each parameter of solar power controller easily.
