Working Principle and Process:

1.Firstly , ignite the fuel in the gasifier (such as straw, sawdust palm shell,wood scrap etc.). 

 

2.The gas produced after burning will be sprayed ,cooled and purified in the gas cooling and purifying system.

 

 the carbonization furnace The purified gas will be the heat resource . The material will be heated in the first 

 

and second pipeline and carbonized in the third and fouth pipeline.

 

4.The finished charcoal will be discharged from the cooling and discharging system. 

 

5.The gas produced in the carbonization process can be collected and recycled for the second burning.
