Q1. Will the hair sheeding or tangle?

A:The hair is double weft weaving with minimal shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over half year if taken good care.

Q2.Why the hair has grey hair?

A:As virgin hair , we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand that there might be some mininum exist in the bundle.

Q3.How is the hair?

A:Completely 100% virgin hair without any mix. Some clients may talk about the dry ends when they recieve the hair ,we would like to clearly state that its perfectly normal for human virgin hair to appear in this way, for it just loses the nutrition and health care for some time.

Q4.How many pieces can make a full head?

A:Usually, it takes 3-5pcs to install a full head. And according to the length of the hair, normally we would highly recommend you to purchase one more piece when the hair length is over 16 inches.

Q5.How long the processing and shippment time?

A:There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by dhgate, we will ship the goods within 24 hour after the verifying time. Shippment will take 3-5 working days by DHL/FEDEX.

Q6.  I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?

A: After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for dhgate to process the refund.

A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries, there maight be some custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paied by buyer.
