I. Usage:
This system is used for automatic dry powders, particulates and flak materials weighing and dosing. It is widely used for automatic material dosing in rubber, plastic and chemical industries etc.

II. System components and working principle:
The system consists of a manual bag slitter, chutes, storage bins, electromagnet vibrator feeders, twin screw feeders, electronic dosing scales, electronic check scale, conveying positioning roller conveyors, dust collectors and micro-computers etc.
The system is equipped with multiple special feeders and highly accurate and highly stable electronic scales, and multiple weighing machines for working simultaneously. W hen weighing the material is fed through the feeder at variable speeds to the material basket on the electronic scale for weighing. The dosing baskets runs, starts or stops according to the commands on the enclosed circulation rails, realizing the complete automation in dosing process, thus increased productivity and improved production environment.
The micro-computer control realized the full automation and intelligent control during whole dosing process, recipe saving, data saving and output print out and history recall for quality tracing and the system can work continuously during recipe change, and so on.
