A Single Girder Bridge Crane is an overhead bridge crane that has one bridge girder that supports the trolley and hoist. The trolley and hoist ride on the bottom flange of the bridge girder. The single girder bridge crane is considered top running when the bridge girder rides on top of the runway beams.

Main component of single girder bridge crane:
Main girder: It is fabricated, plate box in construction or standard I-Beams of M.S. rolled steel sections bolted to end carriages. Box girders are fabricated by Q345B steel.
End carriages: The crane end carriages are manufactured from structural sections and are jig assembled to ensure alignment of bearings and axles.
Electric hoist: Model CD1 electric hoist has only one normal speed, which can satisfy normal application, model MD1 electric hoist provide two speeds, normal speed and low speed.
Crane wheel: Two straight tread type, En-8 forged steel, double flange LT wheels are provided in each of the two end carriages, these wheels are supported on Steel Axles / L - Blocks.
Crane hook block: The rope sheaves are fully guarded with protective steel casting. All sheaves rotate on ball bearing. The pulley is thick and dilated than domestic common pulley.

Emergency stop function.
Rain cover for outside hoist, driving units, electric cubicle.
