Product classification: In terms of the support structure, 6-s shaking table can be divided into fixed shaking table, small channel steel and support frame shaking table, and big channel steel and support frame shaking table. The small channel steel and support frame table is cost-effective, and its performance is stable. The big channel steel and support frame is easily instilled, its operation is stable and reliable, so it is suitable for the mineral separation of loose soil.


Product structure: the 6-s shaking table is mainly consisted of bed surface, transmission mechanism, water discharge trough, and adjustable slope device.


Application: the 6-s shaking table is widely used to separate tungsten, tantalum, tantalum, niobium, gold, iron, manganese, titanium, chromium, bismuth, plum bum and other non-ferrous metal, black metal and nonmetal mine. It can also be used to separate some non-metallic mineral such as barytes and coal.


Adaptive granularity: the adaptive granularity of 6-s shaking table respectively is: coarse ore (2-0.5mm), fine sand(0.5-0.074mm), slurry (  <0.074mm)

Product's advantages: the 6-s shaking can be applied to rough concentrate, grinding re-concentrate, scavenging concentrate and so on. It can get the final concentrate once for all.


Operation principle: the separation is operating on the slant bed surface with riffle. The ore particle enters from feed chute, at the same time the feed chute provide lateral flush water, so with the gravity of ore particle, the impulsive force of lateral flush water, and the inertia and force of friction produced by the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface, the ore particles are separated according to its sizes and densities, then move laterally with the bed surface and longitudinally with the diagonal.. As the ore particles of different sizes and densities spread like a fan-shape in its own directions respectively ,and are discharged from the concentrate side and tailing side, finally they are separated into concentrate, medium concentrate and tailing. As is shown below:
