SF flotation machine:
1. Product structure:
SF flotation machine is composed of slot, main shaft with impeller, electric motor, scratch board and drive system.
2. Feature:
1) large air absorption capacity and low energy consumption
2)with self - priming air capacity and slurry suction capacity, horizontal configuration,
no need for foam pump.
3)The circumference of the impeller speed is low, so the device which is ordinarily vulnerable become much more durable. The clearance between impeller and blind flange/butt plate is bigger, so the impact that the abrasion of impeller and blind flange poses to inspiratory capacity is low.
4) the ore pulp in the slot move in up and down double circle with the fixed flow regime, it help the coarse particle to float.
3. Function: it mainly applied to the separation of non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and non-metallic minerals.
4. Principle :
The impeller has rear wheel - type double-sided blade, so it can realize dual-circulation within the slot. When the impeller rotates,the ore pulp on the impeller will be threw off under the centrifugal force produced by the upper and lower blades, which form the negative pressure zone on the upper and lower impeller cavity. Meanwhile, the ore pulp on the top of blind flange will be aspirated into the cavity of the upper blade,which forms the on-the-pulp cycle. However, the proportion of threw-off ore pulp on the lower blade is higher than that on upper blade, so the centrifugal force is bigger which improves the vacuum degree on the upper impeller cavity, and helps the aspiration. When the lower blade throw off ore pulp, the pulp under it mix with each other, generate numerous tiny froth. These froths are dispersed in the slot through flow stabilizing of blind flange,then it become mineral laden froths. The mineral laden froths float to foam layer, then the useful foam will be scraped by squeegee

XJK flotation machine
1. Structure: XJK flotation machine is mainly composed of trough body, drive device, cover plate,impeller,squeegee,etc
2. Feature :
1) the cover plate has 20 guide vanes, its inclination is 55-65 degree
2)the clearance between the impeller and guide vanes of the cover plate is 5-8mm
3) below the center tube, there is a vent hole to adjust the circulation of ore pulp, and the flash board/sluice board can control it.
3. Operation principle:
when the flotation machine is working, the feeding tube sends the ore pulp to the center of cover plate. The centrifugal force produced by the revolving of impeller will threw out ore pulp,meanwhile, which meanwhile forms the negative pressure zone between impeller and cover plate, so it automatically inhales air from outside through air intake pipe. The impeller mix the ore pulp with air,which separates air into many mineral froth. Moreover, behind the blades,some froth also will be separated from ore pulp.
