Graphene graphitization furnace
It is a high
performance intelligent electric furnace of special carbon material industry(
also can be used in other industry if the craft allows) launched by our technican digesting and absorbing the
most advanced foreign technology of temperature measurement, temperature
control, intelligentize, new condition material and furnace hearth design.
●Application:
Applicable for
sintering and graphitizing for graphene material, sintering for carbon fiber
rope and sintering and graphitization for carbon fiber lamp and such material
sintering and melting under carbon environment.
●Feature:
1.The highest working temperature: 2500℃, the atmosphere in the furnace: vacuum, argon, hydrogen,
nitrogen, inert gas etc. temperature measurement: far infrared optical temperature
measurement.
2.Temperature measurement range: 800~2500℃ or 0~2500℃, temperature measurement accuracy: 0.2~0.75%
●Furnace temperature uniformity:
Ultimate heating speed: 200℃ /min(empty furnace, depends on the high temperature volume
and the furnace hearth structure), temperature uniformity: ≤±10℃, temperature control:
process control and manual control, temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ .
●High degree equipment automation:
1.The ultra-high temperature furnace body within 2500℃, totally satisfying various material of
sintering and graphitization.
2.Adopting digital display of intelligent temperature control system, totally automatic high
precision temperature control process, the system can heat according to the given heating curve,
and can store20 sections different craft heating curve in total 400 segments.
3.Adopting inner recycle pure water cooling system, digital type flow monitor system, high
performance IF contactor for furnace body conversion; full automatic control and protection
system of PLC water-electricity-gas.
