CBN (Cubic boron Nitrid) own the up to 4500HV hardness characteristics, which is very close to the hardness of synthetic diamond; at high temperature, PCBN also own high thermal conductivity and high chemical stability. The above advantages make processing quenching hardware at high cutting parameters possible. In addition, excellent abrasion resistance of PCBN significantly extends tool life, which can meet the strict  requirements dimensional tolerances, as well as maintain excellent surface quality.
