●Application:

Used for high temperature graphitization of carbon material structure work-piece(product),c/c composite material product, carbon fiber, carbon material, Phosphate flake graphite and other graphite material. High temperature sintering of hard alloy, high treatment of battery negative material, high temperature treatment of graphite powder, carbonization and graphitization treatment of carbon fiber, high temperature sintering of contact material, fine ceramic and high temperature element, high temperature sintering of powder metallurgy material and tungsten carbide and such products; sintering of carbon fiber rope, other material can sinter and melt under the carbon environment.

2.The atmosphere in the furnace: vacuum, argon,hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gas etc.

3.Temperature measurement: far infrared optical temperature measuring, the range of temperature measuring: 1000~3000℃ or 0~3000℃, the accuracy of temperature measuring: 0.2～0.75%.

4.Excellent uniformity of temperature, long constant temperature area, low failure rate of

equipment operation.  

5.Long service life of furnace tube, continuously production of 20-30days no-stop furnace.   Equipping with infrared optical temperature measuring and control system and displaying real-time and PID automatic control the inner temperature, stable quality of products and ensuring the production request. Adopting three-phase electric power supply, three phase power balanced and stable performance.The carbon tube furnace is not a single phase power supply, the phase voltage is not balanced, the impact on the power grid is large, affecting the operation of other equipment. Using carbon felt as the heat insulation material, without the use of carbon black, carbon tube replacement is convenient, clean and sanitary.

Ultimate heating speed: 100℃/min(empty furnace, depends on the volume of high

temperature area and the furnace hearth structure), uniformity of furnace

temperature:≤±10℃, process control and manual process, temperature control

1.High production efficiency and energy saving. Equipping with temperature measurement and control system on line to monitor real-time the temperature inner and adjust automatically.

2.Adopting import keeping-temperature material and advanced furnace hearth structure, the highest working temperature can reach to 3000℃, the horizontal furnace can produce continuously no-shutdown.

3.Adopting digital display intelligent temperature control system, finishing full

automatically and high precision temperature measurement and control process, the

system can rise temperature according to the given heating curve and store 20 section

different craft heating curve in total 400 segments, full PLC water-electricity-gas

automatically control and protection system, allowing to be one for multi furnace, adopting

PLC intelligent conversion.
