Continuous producing type high temperature graphitization furnace
●Application:
Used for high temperature graphitization of carbon material structure work-piece(product),c/c composite material product, carbon fiber, carbon material, Phosphate flake graphite and other graphite material. High temperature sintering of hard alloy, high treatment of battery negative material, high temperature treatment of graphite powder, carbonization and graphitization treatment of carbon fiber, high temperature sintering of contact material, fine ceramic and high temperature element, high temperature sintering of powder metallurgy material and tungsten carbide and such products; sintering of carbon fiber rope, other material can sinter and melt under the carbon environment.

3.Adopting digital display intelligent temperature control system, finishing full
automatically and high precision temperature measurement and control process, the
system can rise temperature according to the given heating curve and store 20 section
different craft heating curve in total 400 segments, full PLC water-electricity-gas
automatically control and protection system, allowing to be one for multi furnace, adopting
PLC intelligent conversion.
