Self-dumping truck lining sheet
Our dumper lining sheet is made of uhmwpe material, one of the best engineering plastic sheet. It owns uhmwpe's perfect work performace and excellent properties.
PE liners made by UHMW-PE(Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) are protective board that shield the inner-side of a truck or hopper from damage and also create a skid resistant surface allowing any cargo or things to stay in place "Drop-in " bed liners are easily applied to the truck bed and hopper surface with no preparation work required, and can be easily removed as well for cleaning ,within time UV radiation is inevitable. A pickup truck cargo/Hybrid truck bed liner is disclosed which is particularly constructed for efficiency in shipment and storage, and so that the liner can easily be installed in trucks having top caps. The truck bed liner has a liner bottom wall adapted to fit on and substantially cover the full width of the truckcargo bed floor, the liner bottom wall having a width substantially as great as the width of the truck rear opening. Two liner wheel wells are formed in the liner bottom wall at opposite sides thereof and adapted to accommodate the truck cargo bed rear wheel wells. A hopper liner plate perform protection well aim to protecting the inner-side surface and through the skid-resistant material complete the work perfectly.Just install a full plate on the inner of the hopper,easy to clean and maintain.

The wear resistance of UHMWPE in the crown of plastic and exceed certain metals, figure 1 for UHMWPE wear resistance compared with other materials. As can be seen from the figure 1, compared with the other engineering plastics, UHMWPE mortar abrasion index is only 1/5 of PA66, HDPE and PVC 1/10; Compared with the metal, is 1/7 of the carbon steel, brass 1/27.

UHMWPE fri ction factor under the condition of water lubricated PA66 and POM 1/2, under the condition of no lubri cation is second only to the lubricity of the best in the plastic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); When it i s working in the form of sliding or rotating, lubricity is better than steel and brass after adding lubricati ng oil. Therefore, in the field of tribology UHMWPE is regarded as a friction material cost/performance is very ideal.
Good chemical resistance
UHMWPE has excellent resistance to chemicals, except strong oxidizing acid in certain temperature and the concentration range can all kinds of corrosive medium (acid), alkali, salt and organic medium (except tea solvent).
Shock absorbing
UHMWPE has excellent impact energy absorption, shock absorbing value the highest in all plastic, damping and noise performance is very good, it has excellent sound effects.
Good cold-resistance
UHMWPE has excellent resistance to low temperature, under the liquid helium temperature (169 ℃) still has the ductility.
