Surface Cleaning

Remove wax, silicon and other contaminations with degreaser, sanding with
P600-P800, wash with clean water then keep dry; again with degreaser.

Coating

2 coats, total 4-5um

Re-coat  

At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats.

Spray Gun Set Up

Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 4-5kg/cm 2
Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 4-5kg/cm 2

Spray Technology

Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 4-5um.
Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends on
temperature and paint film.

Shelf Life 

2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 20℃.
