●Furnace temperature uniformity:

Adopting IF power supply induction heating of high efficiency, unique design of furnace hearth to improve greatly furnace temperature uniformity. Furnace temperature uniformity: ±10℃, temperature control accuracy: ±1℃.

●High degree equipment automation:
1.Full automation control, displaying visually various parameter data of touch screen, sound alarm and locking down protection device. Full automation control of water-electricity-gas, operating easy and simple.
2.Adopting full sealing structure of power supply cabinet and the cabinet with water-cooling and wind-cooling radiator, no-exchange of heating with outside world, advanced temperature control system, using import digital type intelligent temperature control meter, can achieve data communication with PLC, finishing full automation and high precision the process of temperature measurement and control, the system can heat according to the given heating curve and store 20 sections different craft heating curve in total 400 segments.
3.Adopting pure water cooling system of closed inner recycle; digital type flow monitor system and each water monitored and protected by flow gauge.
4.Using high performance air cleaning machine produced by china science academy R&D, reducing oxygen content to 1PPMV and dew point temperature to -70℃.
5.Our company special high performance IF transverter as furnace body conversion to avoid the traditional contactor sparking and such bad phenomenon.
6.According to the heating time and the technological requirement, the single station power supply cabinet can be configured with a plurality of furnace bodies, and the heating and cooling of a single furnace can be achieved separately, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
