   If the faulty boxes, confirm the problem with us, our technician will analyze and teach you how to solve , If the broken     boxes.send them back to us (the UK customer can send to our England warehouse), within 15 days, we can replace a     new one for you, within 1 year, we will repair them for you.

A2: Our MOQ is not the same based on different items. Sample and small orders are also welcome, but the unit price is also difference from wholesale price.
 
Q3: What payment terms do you have?
