 Applicable to high temperature graphitization treatment of lithium battery negative material.

●Uniformity furnace temperature:

 The equipment adopts IF power supply induction heating, high heating efficiency and unique design of the furnace hearth to greatly improve the furnace temperature uniformity. Ultimate heating speed: 100℃/min(empty furnace, depends on the volume of the high temperature zone and the furnace hearth structure),uniformity furnace temperature:±10℃, process control and manual control, the accuracy of temperature control:±1℃.

 ●High degree automation:

1. Full automatic temperature control, touch screen intuitive display of various parameters data, sound alarm and shut down protection device. Full automatic control of water, electricity and gas, easy and simple operation.

2. Power supply cabinet with full sealed structure, cabinet comes with water-cooled and wind-cooled radiator, not with the outside air heat exchange occurs, the advanced temperature control system using imported digital display intelligent temperature control table, and PLC to achieve the data communication, automatic high precision finish temperature measurement and control, the system can rise temperature according to the given curve , and can store 20 different craft heating curve in total 400 segments.

3.Adopting special high performance IF transverter for furnace body conversion, to avoid sparking bad contact phenomenon of the traditional contactor.

4.According to the heating time and the craft requirement, the single station power supply cabinet can be configured with a plurality of furnace bodies,  and the heating and cooling of a single furnace can be achieved separately, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.

Feature:  In order to improve the production capacity, you can make configuration of one for a few, during the furnace is heating while other furnace is cooling, automatic  conversion between the furnaces conveniently and quickly. The furnace standard configuration: one for two, one for four and one for six.
1.Touch screen or industrial computer automatic control recording process parameters. PLC can be programmed with the touch screen display system, intelligent temperature control table and PLC to achieve data communication.
2.Adopting closed-inner recycle pure water cooling system, digital flow monitoring system, each water flow by the flow meter monitoring and protection
3.Configuring Roots pump as per the vacuum requirement, the vacuum degree can reach 10Pa.
4.For workers on duty and easy to increase the automatic balance system for air import and export.(Quality flow control instrument accurately control the gas flow into the furnace, pressure control instrument accurately control the furnace atmosphere pressure.)
5.The tar is collected by using the double stage condenser to remove the coke filter to purify the vacuum exhaust gas, which can effectively protect the vacuum pump operation normally.
6.Using high performance gas purifier, the oxygen content can be reduced to 1PPMV, dew point temperature can be reduced to -70.
7.Multifunctional operation platform can realize remote control, centralized control platform system.
8.Gas recycle using, multi furnace tandem using, can save 40% of the cost of argon.
