●Feature:

●Uniformity furnace temperature:
The equipment adopts IF power supply induction heating, high heating efficiency and unique design of the furnace hearth to greatly improve the furnace temperature uniformity. Ultimate heating speed: 100℃/min(empty furnace, depends on the volume of the high temperature zone and the furnace hearth structure),uniformity furnace temperature:±10℃, process control and manual control, the accuracy of temperature control:±1℃.

1. Full automatic temperature control, touch screen intuitive display of various parameters data, sound alarm and shut down protection device. Full automatic control of water, electricity and gas, easy and simple operation.
2. Power supply cabinet with full sealed structure, cabinet comes with water-cooled and wind-cooled radiator, not with the outside air heat exchange occurs, the advanced temperature control system using imported digital display intelligent temperature control table, and PLC to achieve the data communication, automatic high precision finish temperature measurement and control, the system can rise temperature according to the given curve , and can store 20 different craft heating curve in total 400 segments.
3.Adopting special high performance IF transverter for furnace body conversion, to avoid sparking bad contact phenomenon of the traditional contactor.
4.According to the heating time and the craft requirement, the single station power supply cabinet can be configured with a plurality of furnace bodies, and the heating and cooling of a single furnace can be achieved separately, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
