In this case, they will fall automatically down from the conical surface because of the steel slag dead load and the cooling performance of lance body even if slag hanging and dry slag phenomenon exost in steel-making process. Thus, there are less slag hanging and the dry slag, even no hanging and dry slag phenomenon.
3. Reducing the replacement frequency of outer pipe of taper oxygen lance, labor intensity of steelworker and steel-making production cost. As a result of the use of taper outer pipe, the cooling performance is obvious, slag hanging and dry slag reduce, burning loss of outer pipe reliefs, service life lengthen, which reduce the replacement frequency of outer pipe of taper oxygen lance, saves resources for steel plants and reduces the production cost.
4. Adaptable to high-intensity oxygen supply environment, increasing production efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption.
