YTH type heavy duty motorized drum drive roller pulley

YTH model build-out gear-reducing motorized drum roller is a kind of actuating device which with the motor installed on the outside of the drum body and the gear reducer installed inside the drum body. This kind of drum have three different structure, Ⅰ type Ⅱ type& Ⅲtype, they can meet requirements for the installtion in different situation, and this kind of motorized pully has been widly used for large and medium-sized belt conveyor which is applied to port, mine, power sector etc.

1) Work Environment
The work environment temperature of YTH model build-out gear-reducing motorized drum roller is -20℃ to +40℃, the temperature of the conveyed material must be
lower than 60℃. Normally, this kind of motorized drum roller is used in somewhere altitude is not more than 1000meters. Please inform us firstly If the operation condition does not accord with the above conditions.
In Conclution:
a. Operating ambient temperature is -20℃ ~ +40℃
b. The temperature of its transport material can not be higher than 60℃
c. The elevation height for its working place can not be higher than 1000 meter

2) Feature & Application
YTH model build-out gear-reducing motorized drum roller is produced according to advanced production technology imported from Germany. 3) Structure
YTH model build-out gear-reducing motorized drum roller consists of three parts: drum body, drive and electric motor bracket ( Ⅱmodel without motor bracket). The drum body including drum shell, bracket and gear reducer. The driver includes electric motor, coupler, hydraulic coupler, stop-reverse unit and brakes etc. The bracket is designed and made by customer, it is welded by structural steel and used for erecting electric motor and the cover.
