Ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace

Launched a high performance intelligent electric furnace of special carbon materials industry (applicable for other industries) by our technican digesting and absorbing foreign the most advantage temperature measurement, temperature control technology, intelligentialize, new material technology and the design technology of the furnace hearth. 
●Application: 
Applicable for sintering and graphitizing of carbon material, the sintering of carbon fiber rope, the sintering and graphitizing of carbon fiber filament and other material allowing to sinter and melt under the carbon environment. 
●Feature:

1.Ultra-high temperature furnace body within 3000℃, totally satisfying for all kinds of material sintering and graphitizing.

2.The highest working temperature:3000℃

3.The atmosphere in the furnace: vacuum, argon, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gas etc.

4.Temperature measurement: the temperature measurement range by far infrared optical temperature measurement 1000~3000℃ or 600~3100℃; the accuracy of temperature measurement: 0.2~0.75%.

●Uniformity of furnace temperature:

Ultimate heating speed: 100℃/min(empty furnace, depends on the volume of the high temperature zone and the furnace hearth structure), uniformity of the furnace temperature:≤±10℃, process control and manual control; the accuracy of temperature control:±1℃

●High degree automation:

1. Adopting digital intelligent temperature control system to finish temperature measurement and control process of full-automatic and high precision, the system can rise temperature according to the given heating curve and can store 20 different craft  heating curve in total 400 segments.

2.Using internal recycle pure water cooling system, digital type flow monitor system, high performance IF contactor for furnace body conversion, total PLC automatic control and protection system of water, electric and gas.
