This is a kind of cement mortar achieved by adding water into a mixture which taking white crack resistance fast setting rapid hardening high belite sulphate aluminum cement as base material, adding accurately premixed dry-mixed material with many kinds of additives such as high-molecular polymer, water reducing agent, set-controlling admixture and defoaming agent and reasonable gradation of dry sand. It can flow for leveling after mixing with water and slight auxiliary spreading. It has rapid hardening and anti-cracking properties and can be applied to concrete surface thin-layer leveling.
