Working Principle of Disk Grain Making Machine
Put the processed materials from the top of machine, through degassing and spiral precompression and then transporting to
two roller arc-shaped groove. The two rollers rotate reversely and same speedily. The materials in the groove are pressed
enough, after that, it will come off naturally in the action of surface tension and gravity. Then it will put into pellet crumbler and
granulate machine. The materials are crushed and reformed continuously. Next it will be screened which can make the unqualified
materials returned to feedback unit to re-crush while qualified materials feed into storage silo.
