Application:

It is widely used for distributing ore in the close circuit with ball mill, grading ore and fine slit in the gravity mill, 

grading granularity in the flow of metal ore-dressing and desliming and dehydrating in the washing.

Type:

There are two types of spiral classifier: single spiral classifier and double spiral classifier. According to the spir-al blade at the flooding end, It also can be classified into 2 types:

High weir type---used for classification of ore with flooding size between 25-120mesh.

Immersed weir type--- used for classification of ore with flooding size between 120-200mesh.

Main Structure & Working Principle of Gravity method mineral ore classifying spiral classifier   

The spiral classifier made by our company is mainly composed of transmission device, spiral part, chute, lifting part, 
upper support and ore discharging valve. The working principle goes like this: as we all know, different solid particles

with different sizes and proportions have different falling speed in the liquid. When the machine works, fine ore particles
float in the water and coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the chute and are pushed by the spiral to the upper part 
and discharged.
