Working Principle of Superfine mineral ore grinding Raymond mill
1. After the materials are ground, the draught fan blows air into the main engine shell. Powder is blown up, and is separated by the analyzer above the grinding chamber. Materials with excessive coarse fineness fall into the grinding chamber again for grinding, and materials with standards fineness enter into the cyclone collector along with the airflow.
2. After being collected, they are discharged at the powder outlet, and becomes finished products. Airflow is recycled into the draught fan by return duct on the upper end of the big cyclone collector. The whole airflow is recycling, and flows under negative pressure condition.
3. When the air volume of the circulating airflow increases, part of the airflow is discharged through off-gas line between the draught fan and main engine. Then they enter into the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
