Vertical type graphitization furnace of battery negative material

It is a new condition high temperature graphitization furnace exploited on the basic of present ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace.

●Application:

Main application for the purification of the graphite and such high temperature treatment, the working temperature can reach to 2800℃, high efficiency production, energy and power saving.     

●Feature:

1.The highest working temperature: 3000℃

2.The atmosphere in the furnace: vacuum, argon, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gas etc.

3.Temperature measurement: temperature measurement with far infrared optical, temperature measurement range 1000~3000℃ or 600~3100℃, the accuracy of temperature measurement: 0.2~0.75%.

●Uniformity of furnace temperature:

Ultimate heating speed: 50℃/min(empty furnace, depends on the volume of high temperature area and the furnace hearth structure), temperature uniformity: ≤±10℃, temperature control: process control and manual control, the accuracy of temperature control:±1℃ .

●High degree automation:

1.High working temperature can reach to 3000℃ as the highest temperature, can work for a long time under temperature 2600-2800℃, excellent temperature uniformity, long constant temperature zone, low failure rate of equipment operation.

2.Adopting automatic feeding device, time control in and out of the material, high degree   automation, Low labor intensity and high temperature treatment time. Carbon felt as the keeping temperature material, non-carbon black using, conveniently replacing the carbon tube and it is clean.

3.Excellent furnace body seal, low loss of the gas protecting, all the flange and furnace covers adopted seal strip to seal, the furnace boiler inner and flange adopted the stainless steel material to make with stainless performance and long service life.

4.Equipping with vacuum pump used to replacing air in the furnace, short time of air replacement, less air-using, adopting inner recycle pure water cooling system, monitor system of digital type flow, adopting high performance IF contactor for furnace body conversion, full PLC automatic control and protection system of water, electric and gas.
