PP melt blown filter cartridge ( PP fiber filter cartridge) is a kind of tubular filter cartridge ,made of the nontoxic and fine polypropylene particle by craft of heating ,melting ,spinning, pulling and molding. It is not only widely used in water treatment and reverse osmosis system to remove bacteria, heavy metal ,dust and other harmful substances, but also used in filtration of  strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvent because of  its outstanding chemical compatibility .

 

String Wound Filter Cartridge

String wound filter cartridge (winding filter cartridge / PP yarn filter cartridge) is made of textile fabric string (polypropylene, absorbent cotton ,etc) preciously winding onto a multi-hole axles according to the specific technology. With the honey-comb structure of loose outside and tight inside, it mainly filter the low viscosity and impurity matters, such as the suspension ,particles, rust and other impurities.

Activated carbon filter cartridge (carbon block filter cartridge) is made of superior nut shell carbon or coal active carbon , along with food grade binder for material , processing by special craft and high-tech ,which not only  removes organic matter, radioactive material, but also absorbs the residual chlorine, odors and color in water treatment by integrating the function of adsorption/filtration/catalysis and interception.
