1. Components and structures of the equipment: this equipment main comprises of weighing system, dip centrifuge basket, dip & drying integrated system, work piece feeding system (composing of manipulator gantry system), electrical control system, and it can complete from dip-coating and unloading of work piece. The structure of the equipment is simple, reasonable, degree of automation of control system is high, and processing technology can be set according to different products and requirements. Dip & drying parts can realize move.
1.1 Weighing system: it comprises of four weighing sensing devices, and can control loading weight each time.
1.2. Dip & Drying Integrated System: remove superfluous coating liquid by high speed rotation of centrifugal machine, control coating thickness, make the coating smooth and even, and no liquid loading exists in blind holes. Centrifugal machine has forward, reverse rotation and inclined centrifuge dripping function, and rotation speed and centrifugation time can all be adjustable and set. Centrifugal rotational speed is preset 175r/min, 200r/min, 225r/min, 250r/min, 275r/min, 300r/min in the PLC programmer when design and manufacture, control switch on the panel of the control cabinet by change-over switch, separately leave one gear as manual stepless speed regulating, this design is convenient and stable to operator's use, and operating time is short. Rotation speed of centrifugal machine adopts PLC and frequency converter adjustable, has forward and reverse rotation function, number of time and time of forward and reverse rotation can be adjusted and set by control system, guarantee coating quality of work pieces, especially parts of cross recess and blind hole, and eccentric groove is equipped with pneumatic automatic cylinder channel cover.
1.3 Constant temperature system of coating liquid:
Constant temperature of coating liquid is mainly controlled by industrial chiller. The chiller comprises of thermoregulation water tank, circulation water pump, pipeline, valves and so on. According to temperature change of coating liquid, carry out cooling and heating switch.
1.4. Work piece feeding system: realize lifting, moving and feeding of loading, dip and drying, unloading by manipulator.
1.6. Unloading mechanism: complete unloading of work piece by unloading skid and removable die of dipping centrifugal basket. It is simple convenient in use, low cost and high production efficiency.
1.5. Dip centrifugal basket: it is made of 3mm thickness punching steel plate. Number of the baskets is two pieces, and maximum loading is 60Kg.
1.7. Electrical control system: according to processing technology of coating machine, control work piece feeding, selection of dip and drying, unloading, temperature regulation, and other processing. PLC, frequency converter of main components and parts in electrical control cabinet adopt Mitsubishi; air switch, contactor, thermal protection, etc. adopt domestic famous brands, and ensure that the system performance is stable and reliable.
